Terms of sale
These terms govern mobile top-up and gift card orders placed with Flyandfirst LLC.
Displayed pricing: the listed reference rate is struck through; the final price applies a 20% discount. Prices shown are the prices charged.
Delivery: the top-up or gift card is sent to the operator immediately after payment is approved, typically within one minute.
Refunds: correctly delivered top-ups and gift cards are not refundable. In case of technical delivery failure, our customer service reviews the case individually.
TopupPrepaid subscription
Purpose: the subscription is an open-ended monthly service with no commitment, giving a discount of over 20% on top-ups and gift cards. Plans: Essential at $39 per month incl. VAT; Premium at $49 per month incl. VAT, including an activatable eSIM (3 GB worldwide data, 15 call minutes, 100 SMS).
Sign-up and consent: the subscription is only taken out if the customer expressly ticks, before payment, the box stating the plan and its monthly price. A confirmation email summarising the plan, price, first charge date and how to cancel is sent after the order.
Trial and billing: the subscription starts with a 3-day trial. Unless cancelled during that period, the monthly price is charged to the card used for the order, then every month on the anniversary date. If a charge fails, further attempts may be made in the following days; the subscription is closed if payment cannot be completed.
Cancellation: the customer may cancel at any time, free of charge, from the "Cancellation" page or by email to help@topuprepaid.com. Cancellation is immediate, no further amount is charged and a confirmation is sent by email. Any refund request relating to a subscription charge is reviewed by our customer service.
Bank descriptor and contact: transactions appear under the name TopupPrepaid / Flyandfirst LLC. Customer service: help@topuprepaid.com, reply within 24 to 48 business hours.
Payment: transactions are processed by our licensed payment providers with 3-D Secure strong authentication.
